This species is Tropical, so it likes warmth and higher humidity.
Caterpillars can be reared in smaller boxes, but when grow larger, keep
them in open place with food plant placed in water. They like warmth
and humid conditions, where they grow very fast, but also get very
fast infections. But they can also be reared in normal temperatures, it
only takes much longer. Keep it clean!! And don't put to many
caterpillars together. After they spun in, time to emerge takes 4-6
weeks, depending on temperature. Pairing is not always easy, so hand
pairing is preferred.
