Liquidambar, Rhus, Eucalyptus gunni ?
Easy species to rear. Young caterpillars can be kept in closed
containers, but keep them clean. Higher temperatures and humidity
are preferred. In later instars they can be kept on watered food
plants, but they can get easy deceases. Best to keep them in airy
conditions. Maybe they like to drink also, like mittrei? There are
several broods a year. Pairing is easy, should be 1-2 hours in the
night, but I have seen them coupled in the early morning.
